What is the difference between shredded memory foam and cross-cut memory foam?
Shredded memory foam pillows are made of tiny, shredded pieces of memory foam filling, allowing for more breathability due to additional air circulation. At Siestly, we prefer cross-cut foam for its consistency, non-clumping, and improved air circulation compared to traditional shredded memory foam.
Is cross-cut microfiber good for back and neck pain?
Our Siestly bed pillows, filled with cross-cut microfiber and 100% virgin memory foam, are designed to be adjustable and provide pressure relief. This adjustability allows for proper spinal alignment, supporting back and neck pain relief for all sleeping positions.
Do memory foam pillows go flat?
If your Siestly bed pillow begins to feel flat, we recommend putting it in the dryer for 10 minutes to fluff up the 100% virgin memory foam fill.

You can easily clean your Siestly pillow by removing the outer cover and machine washing it. For the inner pillow, spot cleaning is recommended as needed. Avoid soaking the memory foam core.
